Is it safe to live in a house with Radon?

There are no known safe levels of Radon gas and exposure to high levels over time can cause health issues.
However, remediation by a qualified contractor has proven to be effective at greatly reducing levels of Radon in the living space.

How much does a radon test cost?

Our radon testing fee is $160.00 when installed as part of a general home inspection.

Testing fees will vary if not associated with a general home inspection.

How can I fix a high Radon level?

Sub slab depressurization systems are very effective at mitigating high radon levels in houses and buildings with basements and crawlspaces.

Is Radon only an issue in houses with basements?

No, Radon gas concerns are not limited to houses or buildings with basements or crawlspaces.
