Meet The Inspectors

Dennis Pelczynski
Licensed & Certified Home Inspector

As a Professional Home Inspector, I am determined to perform all of my inspections with the utmost quality, integrity, and thoroughness.
I understand that buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make. Having the property inspected is an important step in the process. This is the time to have the overall condition of the house and it major components evaluated by an impartial third party. Although, not an inexpensive part of the process, the cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the property being inspected.

I am here to assist you in making a confident decision about your property. Whether you're buying a new property and want to be sure of what you're getting... or selling a property and want to eliminate possible problems that could delay or lose a sale. Or just want a professional to inspect and advise you on the condition and maintenance or safety recommendations of your current home, I am here to help.

For buyers, I provide as much information as possible about the house and major components so you and your family can make an informed and educated decision.

For sellers, I provide a report that helps you prepare the property for sale and limits the surprises when the buyer has their inspection.

I enjoy what I do. My inspection process not only includes the review of the home and its major components but also educating you and providing useful and practical information on the care and maintenance of your investment. Additional services include Radon gas testing through Envirolabs.

I love crawling around in attics and crawl spaces, so I am sure to discover any visible defects in those areas. Even today, as a certified & licensed home inspector, I look forward to inspecting (exploring) the areas of a home many people never see and never want to see.

Greg Svarverud
Licensed Home Inspector

As a Licensed Professional Home Inspector, I perform all of my inspections without bias, following the best practices and ensuring the highest standards.
I want to help you understand your new home and its systems. I enjoy knowing how the different systems in a house function and interact with other systems. Understanding your home’s systems will help you make decisions to increase your comfort and health and your home’s efficiency and longevity.

I can provide information on the condition of the home that can help you make decisions and set priorities for the purchase and upkeep of the property. A home inspection is a snapshot of the condition of the house that can provide you with a starting point to move forward. After the home inspection you will have a better understanding of the home’s condition and recommendations for regular and long-term maintenance where appropriate.

Every home is unique. Whether it’s a home in a developed neighborhood or a historic house in the city, every home has a mix of characteristics all its own. I enjoy discovering what contributes to your home’s unique nature and character.

Home inspections aren’t just for buying and selling homes. All homes require regular and long-term maintenance. System components age and wear out. Technology and safety standards change and improve over time. I can provide unbiased information about the typical service life of equipment in your home to help you plan for maintenance, improvements and replacement.
